Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority

If you are not fully satisfied with your Peel 3D^TM scanner, you are free to return it within 15 business days from the day after the date of delivery.

The 15-day return policy applies if the order was placed directly through our website or with the Peel 3D sales team. Please note that this return policy does not apply to purchases made through third-party distributors or retailers, who may have their own return policies. For items purchased through these channels, please contact the distributor or retailer directly to inquire about their own return procedures.

To return the Peel 3d scanner under this policy, equipment may have been used but must be still be in perfect condition and not show any signs of wear. All accessories need to be in the box and in perfect condition as well, charges may apply if 3D scanners are returned with missing accessories. The equipment must be returned in original packaging or properly packaged. Peel 3D reserves its right to refuse any return that does not satisfy the preceding conditions.

You must contact us at creaform.support@ametek.com before returning your equipment to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, Peel 3D will not accept a return without a prior issued RMA NUMBER. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item to us. Refund of the purchase price of the product will be made to the card that you used to make the original payment. ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
